Diversity has been one of the significant factors in Global Electrotech's success. This is the diversity in the range of services provided by Global Electrotech and also the diversity of the multi-skilled tradespeople that wear the Global Electrotech uniform.

Service & Maintenance

The Global Electrotech Service & Maintenance Department has built its substantial client base by providing a diverse ‘one stop shop’ range of services.

With the support of Western Australia’s largest team of directly employed technicians, the department looks after in excess of 1000 clients, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The S&M managers and coordinators operate a state of the art software system that schedules and tracks compulsory maintenance inspections and service jobs.

This ensures prompt completion of works and that critical safety inspections, and maintenances to Australian Standards, are performed on time and recorded.

Electronic log books and pens send site data directly to the Global Electrotech server. This information is then viewed by our service coordinators and actioned. Our clients also have the option of viewing this information through a remote access portal.

Global Electrotech’s ‘one stop shop’ approach means the ability to streamline works by having a single contractor self-deliver multiple services on time and in budget. The aim of the Service & Maintenance Department is to continue to build its reputation for excellence in service and quality, ensuring that the client gets the very best advice and workmanship.

The Service & Maintenance Department’s commitment to quality workmanship, and in depth knowledge of Industry and Australian Standards requirements, is exemplified in the ongoing training of its staff through manufacturer’s courses and nationally accredited training. This includes FPAA Certificate II and III training program for all Fire Technicians.
